Zoefromkent is certified by Mindful Moment Wellness, accredited by the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance. They set and maintain standards of accreditation based on knowledge, experience and/or education. They have members from 28 countries around the world.

Background

Life has a way of coming together and making sense for those of us who felt pulled in multiple directions at a young age. Through her natural inclinations and curiosities, Zoe has followed a lifelong path of progression. Although painfully shy as a child, Zoe developed the skills to overcome this in the very early years of her career in casinos.

Zoe enjoyed providing a bespoke experience for VIPs looking to relax and have fun for over two decades. The long standing relationships that have been built and maintained over a long career through hosting and monitoring all games in a collaborative environment was her favourite part of the job. This era was joyful and matched her values and life goals. Integrity, loyalty, and living in the present moment, are values that still weave through every day of Zoes slow and quiet life.

These days Zoe is a private guide working with high level intellectuals, leaders in finance, founders of multiple companies, sports professionals, musicians and artists, helping to deepen their understanding and develop their practice of mindfulness and meditation while maintaining absolute confidentiality. The transition came from Zoes long personal journey through her interest in wellness from all angles. Her intellectual interests include the science and psychology of eating, movement and the mind.

Underpinning all techniques to make the most of the body, mind and spirit and daily life, the stillness of the mind was the goal for Zoe in her younger years. Learning to find instant peace, easily and quickly through meditation in 2016 was world changing. Life was the same but everything felt different. It didn’t take hours of sitting cross legged. In fact, as each year that passes as Zoe pursues mindfulness, the quicker the positive effects of it are felt.
