What to expect from a one to one session
Environment plays a big role when adding to routines. We set you up for success in the comfort of your familiar environment.
We come to your home, work - book us into your schedule, or a place you regularly go to clear your mind, for example, your dog walk.
We aim to create a relationship built on some intimacy, so that we can tailor the instruction to the limitations of your current obligations and physical, emotional and environmental conditions. We find and create a space conducive to taking on board new ideas. During sessions we discuss the concepts and attitudes of mindfulness in detail. We explore the application of mindfulness in your routines and habits. We discuss the challenges of your practice and dispel any and all myths and misunderstandings.
A range of packages are available. Our goals differ as our lives change. Priorities need to be realistic and schedules accommodated for.
